Job Description
We are looking for 5 Warehouse Supervisors who will be responsible for overseeing the general operations of our warehouse and its staff. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will implement production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards, and ensure that daily operations meet and exceed daily performance expectations.
Job Qualifications
- College graduate
- With at least 3 years of experience in warehouse operations
- With good people management skills
Job Responsibilities
- Supervises warehouse staff and daily activities
- Manages, evaluates, and reports on warehouse productivity
- Tracks and coordinates the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Orders supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels
- Checks orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy
- Maintains records, reports relevant information, and prepares any necessary documentation
- Ensures basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Performs a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds
- Coordinates and maintains fleets and equipment
- Communicates and coordinates with other departments and customers
