Job Description
We are looking for 10 Team Leaders to be in charge of guiding, monitoring, and leading an entire group. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for inspiring positive communication within your team so that they can work together toward achieving goals.
Job Qualifications
- At least college-level
- Between 25 to 30 years old
- Prior experience as a Team Leader is preferred
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule
Job Responsibilities
- Directs, administers, and controls the day-to-day operations and activities
- Provides leadership, support, and guidance to team members
- Ensures compliance with established company and regulatory guidelines and procedures
- Participates in the implementation of company initiatives and strategies
- Monitors team performance and report on metrics
- Participates in the development of strategic plans, goals, and objectives
