As a Business Development Officer, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. You will work closely with key stakeholders to develop strategies that will help increase revenue, expand our customer base, and enhance our market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, pitches, and presentations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and sales, to align business strategies and drive results.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutual benefit and long-term partnerships.
- Monitor and report on business development activities and performance metrics to management.
- Assist in the development of strategic business plans to achieve company goals.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
