Job Description:
- Identifies sales prospects, conducts telemarketing, research, & site visit to translate prospects into leads.
- Maintains and expands the database of prospect clients.
- Conducts research and submit service proposal to clients.
- Participates in project briefing, project pitch/ the bidding and similar meetings with potential client.
- Designs and develops strategies to ensure the achievement of given sales targets on an annual basis (productivity and income).
- Prepares, presents and submits business proposal and service agreement to client.
- Monitors sales performance on a monthly basis.
- Recommends programs that will enhance the efficiency and productivity of the operations and the team.
- Coordinates with account management team to ensure quality and on time project delivery 10. Performs other related tasks as assigned.
Job Qualification:
- Has a Bachelor’s degree
- At least 3 years of experience in the same field
- Proficient in business presentation and client prospecting
- Must have above average communication skills in both verbal and written English
- Results-oriented and with existing network in different industries
- Has good negotiation skills
- Must be computer literate
