Job Description:
Oversees the technical and engineering aspects of the assigned project, from start to finish.
Project Officer Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- With 3 years of experience in Building Construction Company
Responsibilities:
- Identifies targets and deliverables for the assigned engineering project/s.
- Develops action plans in support of the hotel’s objectives and programs.
- Prepares monthly business plans (MBPs) on project status and reports directly to immediate superior.
- Communicates timely, completely, effectively, and accurately following a thorough analysis of the situation.
- Ensures overall quality of the work is within the set limits of the budget as well as in compliance with policies and procedures where sanitation, safety, and security measures are concerned.
