Job Descriptions:
- Follows orders/instructions from either Foreman or Engineer-In-Charge
- Knows how to mix cement and mortar for both concrete and masonry works
- Familiar with the components of a building structure such as beams, columns, footing etc
- Knows how to cut and lay stone or Concrete Hollow Blocks
- Plasters concrete/masonry surfaces depending on the finish specified on the plan
- Responsible for cutting, fabrication, assembling, installation and removal of forms from concrete structure
- Knows how to use hand tools/power tools and equipment
- Cuts and installs tiles of any size and kind
- Performs the tasks with minimal supervision
Job Qualifications:
- Must have at least 1 year of experience in masonry or a similar job role
- Must have work experience in the construction field
- NCII Certificate is preferred or other related certificates is a plus
- Have keen attention to detail
