Qualifications for Client Servicing Officer
- Not more than 30 years old. With at least 3 years experience in account management preferably from a service company.
- Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills. Must be proficient in MS applications.
- Willing to do field work.
The successful candidate will be tasked to ensure client retention and expansion. He or she will handle all concerns, inquiries of the client both internal and external. Must ensure that KPI’s of the client are met by Operations Team.
