- College graduate, preferably with a degree in business, logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Skills of a Warehouse Supervisor
- Proficiency in SAP (Warehouse Management and Logistics Modules).
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and other software tools.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and inventory control processes.
Willing to be assigned in Cagayan De Oro. Preferably living near or in CDO.
