Job Description:

Oversees the HSE implementation and document on the construction site.
Performs daily inspection and provides recommendations, solutions, and corrective actions to any incident that happened on site.
Keep the training materials such as PPEs ready and updated.
Conducts safety orientation and training for all personnel and guests prior to deployment and during construction hours.
Monitor the compliance of all personnel on using the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Prepare and submit the following reports to the required recipients:
Daily safety report including site observation reports such as safety reports, toolbox meetings and orientations, and DOLE-related reports
Assists the HSE committee on the planning and implementation of safety programs onsite
Investigate, generate, and submit reports on any incident/accident and violations

Job Qualifications:

Must be a graduate of any course/degree
Proven working experience in the same capacity
Should possess an OSH/BOSH certificate. HIRAC training is an advantage
Must be responsible with strong management and leadership skills
A resident of Magalang, Pampanga or can reliably commute/relocate within the vicinity is preferred
