Project in-Charge – Bulacan, Cavite and NCR

We are looking for a Project in-Charge. Applicants should have the following qualification below.

Job Description:

Ensures that the quality of construction and renovation projects are executed through effective project planning and implementation.

Project in-Charge Job Qualifications:

• Licensed Civil Engineer
• With 2 years of experience as Engineering Supervisor for a fast-food or high-rise Building or hotel construction company.

Responsibilities:

• Identifies targets and deliverables for the assigned engineering project/s.
• Submits reports as needed and as required by management and guarantees that the budget does not exceed set limit without justifiable reason.
• Effectively communicates with colleagues and delegates work in accordance with subordinates’ capabilities.
• Implements safety standards for construction according to community’s area restrictions, such as zoning regulations.
