Job Description
- Receives and diagnoses reported trouble and prepare job order and assigned personnel for the job.
- Prepares technical reports (Vehicular accident/Engine troubles)
- Monitors processes all company vehicles registrations, warranties, insurances, and safekeeping of fleet files.
- Streamlines and monitors fuel purchase system and consumption;
- Monitors turnaround time (TAT)
- In case of Truck breakdown on the Road, he/she will be responsible to contact service company to provide on call maintenance and towing services. Create truck breakdown protocol to ensure continuity of operation.
- Ensures an effective and systematic work plan in relation to repairs, maintenance, rehabilitation and serving of all company vehicles.
- Supervises the various maintenance activities within his assigned shift.
- Ensures that the motorpool equipment are in good condition.
- Ensures all vehicle and equipment owned by company are well maintained and in good running condition.
Job Qualifications
- Must be a college graduate, Degree in Management or Industrial Engineering or equivalent; Certified Lea Six Sigma is an advantage
- At least 4-5 years experience in a equivalent logistics experience
- Certified Safety Officer 3 with LCM (Loss Control Management) training
- Experience in supply chain value-added services, in bundling and repacking operation
- Certified Safety Officer 3 with LCM (Loss Control Management) training
- Preferably with experience in semi-truck driving
