Job Description

Receives and diagnoses reported trouble and prepare job order and assigned personnel for the job.
Prepares technical reports (Vehicular accident/Engine troubles)
Monitors processes all company vehicles registrations, warranties, insurances, and safekeeping of fleet files.
Streamlines and monitors fuel purchase system and consumption;
Monitors turnaround time (TAT)
In case of Truck breakdown on the Road, he/she will be responsible to contact service company to provide on call maintenance and towing services. Create truck breakdown protocol to ensure continuity of operation.
Ensures an effective and systematic work plan in relation to repairs, maintenance, rehabilitation and serving of all company vehicles.
Supervises the various maintenance activities within his assigned shift.
Ensures that the motorpool equipment are in good condition.
Ensures all vehicle and equipment owned by company are well maintained and in good running condition.

Job Qualifications

Must be a college graduate, Degree in Management or Industrial Engineering or equivalent; Certified Lea Six Sigma is an advantage
At least 4-5 years experience in a equivalent logistics experience
Certified Safety Officer 3 with LCM (Loss Control Management) training
Experience in supply chain value-added services, in bundling and repacking operation
Certified Safety Officer 3 with LCM (Loss Control Management) training
Preferably with experience in semi-truck driving
