Job Summary for Business Analyst:
The Business Analyst will support the Business Analytics and Compliance (BCA) Manager in tasks, projects and initiatives that involves compliance, big data analytics such as KPI generation, SAP and Excel based data analytics, process improvements and process engineering and re-engineering.
The primary tasks include but not limited in data collection, data gathering/query, data cleansing, data consolidation, data warehousing, data modeling, data analysis and data visualization Analytics Dashboard, process engineering and re-engineering. Data analytics driven process improvement initiatives that will add value to the business.
The successful candidate will have a pivotal role in supporting the SSC’s in developing capacities in big data analytics, business intelligence that will be the main driver for adding value to the business.
Business Analyst Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Preferably with bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Computer Science, information Technology, Statistics and Engineering
- At least (3) years of experience in one or more of the following: business intelligence with big data analytics, process engineering / re-engineering, data management (data modelling, data visualization and data warehousing)
- Demonstrated mastery in MS Excel and above average familiarity in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Power Point, Visio)
- Highly advance knowledge in PowerBI, Power Query and other power tools preferably including Tableu.
- Able to conduct trainings from beginner to advance audience
- Part or lead of process improvement initiatives
- Willing to be based in Davao City
