Account Supervisor – Davao City

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate ticket request and projects, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for client and/or employees.
  • Prepare, edit, and maintain documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation of records.
  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments for team members.
  • Provide administrative support for various projects as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to facilitate workflow.

Job Qualifications:

  • College Graduate, any course.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good in verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
