Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate ticket request and projects, ensuring smooth execution.
- Serve as the first point of contact for client and/or employees.
- Prepare, edit, and maintain documents, reports, and presentations.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of records.
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for team members.
- Provide administrative support for various projects as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to facilitate workflow.
Job Qualifications:
- College Graduate, any course.
- Proven experience in an administrative role is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good in verbal and written communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
